Achievers participation program

A carefully designed 2 weeks intensive program to train new advisors and equip them for the field. Trainings are only conducted by the best of the best — Our Top 25 consultants, who are eager to impart their knowledge and skills to pave the way to future success.

PSOOKIES Program

Standing for PSO rookies, the PSOokies program hosted by senior management serves as a transition from the achievers participation program for new advisors to gain a stronger foothold and greater insights into the industry. Daily short trainings, role play and practice sessions gives our advisors bite sized concepts to add to their own learning, helping them grow one step at a time, ensuring the building of a solid foundation.

Specialised training Programs

Dedicated to provide all our advisors with yearly upgrades regardless of stages. PSO goes to great lengths to source for external trainers, experts in their field to conduct programs targeting specific issues such as estate planning and CPF.
